Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.

We love Estes and used them to purchase and install a new Carrier 16 Seer Heat Pump. We have 3 years of service visits. We get a postcard each time. The customer service employees are courteous and take care of any questions and book appointments convenient for us. The technician, Paul, is our favorite. He comes to service our HVAC, and is very professional. We have saved so much money on our power bill too!

The assistance they provided was greatly appreciated. The company found a leak and remedied the mold. I highly recommend their services.

David Cagle from RS Andrews called to notify he'd be late to scheduled appointment before arriving. He arrived at time said he would. Extremely professional. He explained all issues with outside utility box and the remedy. He took the extra step to explain the increase in material and the possibility of a delay in repair due to material shortage.Since this quote was for buyer of my house, it is not my decision to hire them. however, RS Andrews was the most professional and detailed in explaining why and how the issue would be resolved.
