I just had my brand new Carrier system installed today by Jared and Byron from Estes Services. They were prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. They took the time to explain what the installation entailed and made sure that I understood the process including the use of the new thermostat control panel and its features. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided and I most highly recommend them.

I called Superior because of their rating in Best Picks and very pleased with Christyan's and Beau's communication and explanation of costs for repair before starting. Beau was professional, did a great job, left things clean and neat, and also asked if there were any questions or any other items in the house that I would like him to look at before leaving.
