I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person I've ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I don't feel they are above board at all

Donnie was the plumber that replaced my water heater. He was amazing, on time, very professional and really knew his stuff. He took pride in his work, which is a quality now so easily found these days. I will definitely use his services again if needed. Wonderful experience!

Very timely & clean. I was a bit annoyed the service tech received approval for the service call and fee ($149) just to come to the house, diagnose the issue and then tell me he can’t do anything without additional approval directly from the homeowner. When I asked if he told the landlord this when he got the first approval he said he should already know. So I asked again if he actually told the landlord or reminded him of there being a 2nd approval required and he stated he didn’t. I called and texted and luckily my landlord answered and gave the second approval. So the tech replaces the cartridge and THEN asks me to go outside to turn the water back on. Ummm, Sir for just under $400 you’d think the service tech who is replacing the cartridge in the shower would also be able to turn the water to the home back on. Esp. given I’m a single parent with two young minors (13 & 8 yrs old) sleeping in the home & it’s after 11pm.

We closed escrow on our dream house on Friday by Saturday night we had a clogged sewer line and a mess in both the bathrooms. Super Bowl Sunday Jay came out and cleared the lines for us!! Jay was professional, knowledgeable and CALM!!! Jay walked us through the situation, made recommendations and did not over charge us. Their prices are very, very reasonable especially for a next day, weekend appointment on Super Bowl Sunday. I had to call into the office and everyone was so nice and helpful there also. I now have Superior Plumbing on speed dial, hopefully I will never have another issue with my plumbing again (haha) but want to have their number handy for friends and family who need their services. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
