Our toilet was leaking in multiple places. I shut if off and called Precision. Scheduling an appointment was easy. They made an appt for the day after our toilet was to arrive. Our toilet arrived early and we called back and they we were able to move our appt up to the very next day. They were available as soon as we needed them. Frank was prompt and courteous. He arrived when expected. And we have a son with asthma and Frank arrived with his mask already on. He was fully prepared with everything he needed including his own shoe covers, clean-up towels and all the necessary parts. He worked quickly and efficiently. He removed our old toilet, cleaned the bathroom, put in a new emergency water valve, and then put in our new toilet. He was done in under an hour. Precision isn't the cheapest, but they do quality work with excellent customer service that is worth the price. We can't rate them highly enough. Every company should strive to be this professional, efficient, courteous, available, and always doing quality work that is worth the price.
