Got a text 20 minutes before tech arrived and he was very professional. Looked over my a/c unit and found problem right away and problem try. I called in the morning and got a tech out in a few hours! Outstanding service!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST SERVICE PERIOD.They did a tune-up on our AC units this morning. Outside only. My units were working FINE before they came. I left shortly after and returned to a very hot upstairs. My unit is now not working. I contact them (11pm) to be told they can come at 8am. NOT acceptable I tell him. This is BECAUSE they were here. Now we have to suffer? I ask him to troubleshoot with me. HE CAN’T...he’s just a dispatcher. I ask for management. I’m told he will request I get contacted and to expect 24-48 hours. SERIOUSLY!?Don’t use them. NOT worth the aggravation.Oh and we had THREE homes tuned-up in our family today. Guess that doesn’t matter either.Sierra Air or Sunrise NEVER gave service like this. They actually CARED about their customers.
