Stephen was dispatched and he was able to come earlier than scheduled which was a great help for me. My a/c was leaking and started going into the drywall, he replaced the P-Trap explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing. The job was done in an acceptable manner, timely, professionally, and cleaned up afterwards. I was contacted of his arrival and I would use this company again.

under no circumstances use this company called to get second opinion about a collapsed drain the first all the first technician is squirt water flooding our bathroom said they would bring camera to inspect pipes waited another day and did not have camera to inspect pipes wasted 300 dollars

The only company I would trust with my plumbing and AC/heating system. The main perk is that they are reliable. Which is very difficult to find in Nevada. Most contractors are shady and have no idea what they’re talking about. The most recent technicians that came out were Alejandro and Sean Smith. They were both very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly! Do yourself a favor and don’t hire any other company. You’re welcome!April 26th, 20203 update. Had Fernando and Arthur come out to do some work. They stayed extra late and made sure everything was done. Nothing but great things to say about them. Again, wouldn’t go with any other company.

From the people answering the phone to the plumber they sent, Brandon K. I have to say they were awesome, Brandon is a great asset to this company. I had to have 2 appointments due to getting a new counter top.
They showed up the day before to undo all plumbing, and came back the next day as scheduled as put all back to together and replace corroded shut off valves. Brandon is very warm and friendly and took care of everything I needed done.

They did a great job. One plant had to be removed but they kept it separate and replanted it when they were done. We are very happy with the work and the pricing is fair. I recommend them.
