Woke up last night to an inch of water on the bathroom floor, and no working toilets in the house, I called Sin City Plumbing. These people are LIFE SAVERS! Carlos was amazing. Arrived at my home less than an hour after I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. In less time than I thought possible, this disaster was fixed and all cleaned up. THANK YOU CARLOS and Sin City Plumbing!!!!!

We were quoted a flat price to have our line high pressured, then when he arrived, the rate was different and he said he couldn't do anything beyond putting a garden hose down there!!! We feel we were scammed out of the $621 ALREADY paid!! And he was asking for much more! NEVER will we use u again and we WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau! Check Yelp for a very bad rating!

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. Was referred to this plumbing company by a friend over a year and a half ago. First time they came out to fix a valve in the backyard that 2 different plumbers could not fix and Matt the tech did a great job. Today my water softener went out, and lucky for me, the same tech arrived that was here a year ago and replaced the water softener. Keep this guy Justin...Not only are these guys great at plumbing and customer service (Brandy) hope I spelled it right :).. They will never over-charge for the great work they do. Only company I will call for any plumbing needs.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

We had 'A Better Plumbing Company' out to our house for an outside plumbing problem in April of this year. I noticed a leak in our front yard yesterday. The problem was that I did not have our receipt. A Better Plumbing Company came to our home this morning and worked for over 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge to us. The tech that came out to our house was very nice and accommodating. Good service is hard to come by in Vegas...but not with this company. Very happy with the work done. Now I can enjoy my weekend!!

Beware of the unprofessional person who handles the phone calls I was accused of doing things that I didn’t do talked to very badly and then when I asked her not to talk to me that way hung up on very unprofessional as for the service they did come out
Told me I did not have a leak and now the water damage is very visible
