Elite sends a technician to do the inspections and not a salesperson. I switched from YES! when they switched from sending a single technician to a two-man team with an aggressive sales approach. Very pleased with Elite.

Jack Dish was called to review a under slab leak. The technician sent was professional and promised his office would respond with a quote. When the quote was issued by his office it included a 50% non-refundable down payment as a requirement to start work.

Quote: Jack Dish Plumbing requires a down payment of half of the estimated total prior to scheduling the job and beginning the work noted on the estimate. Email: If you would like to schedule the work, please hit accept, and a non refundable deposit of $337.50 is due.

I told the office manager that I would accept the price on the quote but would not accept a 50% non-refundable deposit. In the State of Nevada a 50% deposit is not legal. Contractors can ask for 10% deposit with a maximum limit of $1,000 and all deposits are refundable. This is state law. After alerting the office manager of this fact she cancelled our repair and would not provide service. Companies who do not follow contractors law should not be in buisness. Beware of Jack Dish Plumbing.

I had a nightmare of an experience with a local plumbing company here in Las Vegas. After much frustration and being fed up for an entire weekend I decided to give Catania & Son a call. I knew Wayne from his previous work at my condo and he showed up on time to install a new dishwasher. After the dishwasher install Wayne went right to work to take care of the debacle under the kitchen sink that the previous installer poorly put in.

Here is a list of everything Wayne had to fix from the previous company:

1.) Strainer was bad on the right side of the sink.
2.) No caulking around garbage disposal and sink strainers.
3.) P-trap arm was too short and this caused leaks because they forced it over to tighten the nut. This led to a strain on the pipes which caused a small leak that would have gotten worse.
4.) Used silicone around sink which looked awful…. Should have used white caulking.
5.) Lastly, a dishwasher install is a plumber’s install (a dishwasher like a water heater is a plumbing fixture). ***I was told by the previous plumbing company that they do not install dishwashers***

I am happy to say Wayne got everything fixed for a very good price. Garbage disposal runs like a champ, caulking looks dynamite, the pipes underneath look like a million bucks, and lastly, no leaks anywhere!

A couple nights ago I walk out my front door at 10:30pm to find a pipe had burst and was flooding my driveway! I tried calling 3 other emergency services and none would send help until the morning🤦🏻‍♀️ Finally I called Flush It, and they sent help. Dan arrived quickly and also solved the issue fast! I also called Flush It when I noticed low water pressure and dirt coming through the showers and toilet from the original problem. Dan, once again came out and fixed all the issues and quickly too! For everything I’ve paid less then $600. I highly recommend this company.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!
