Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable in water tank repair and install. He got me a great deal on a water softener tank, came on time, quick and easy. He showed me everything I needed to know and walked through it so that I completely understood the product. Had a conversation at dinner that night with friends and recommended this company and in particular our technician Thomas.

Only called for an appointment friendly lady on the phone but I ended up fixing my shower myself.

I was very happy with Royal Flush as a first time customer. My call was returned quickly and Antonio, their technician, was efficient, professional and friendly. He took time to explain to me why there was an issue, which I really appreciated. No plumber is cheap, but I believe that I paid a fair price. I will call Royal Flush again when I need a plumber.

They charged $110 per hour this plumer spent almost 1/2 the time repairing his very old equipment, I had to loan him leather gloves and provide plastic to cover my carpet
I will never use this company again and the people they have answering the phone were rude

The install of my new water heater was done with ease. The guy installing was clean and cleaned up everything before leaving. Looked like they had not even been there. I was very happy with the service and installation. Would definitely recommend them to a friend:)
