Matt Beebe was the guy who came out to give us an estimate and communicated with us every step of the way. He warned us that it might possibly be more depending on if it was harder than he saw at time of estimate. Day of appointment to repair it came and he was prompt and it was quickly fixed. Estimate was spot on. Will definitely be using 702 Plumber again and highly recommend them.

First time customers here! Derek came to our house for a one time AC maintenance appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an overall joy. He explained our AC and it’s workings to us in a way that we could easily understand, and gave us tips on how we could prolong the life of our AC unit. When we mentioned a few minor issues we noticed with regard to how our house cools, he was quick to identify the problems and provide us with solutions and estimates. I called 4 other plumbing companies that claimed they were 24 hours and emergency. The only one that said they could be there today was Plumbing Solutions. Mark was on time and found the problem immediately. He cut a small hole in the ceiling drywall and showed me what the issue was. It was a pretty easy fix but something I could not do. Mark let me know what my options were and how much each option would cost. I appreciated the honesty. Since it was late in the afternoon Mark had to come back the next day because some fitting parts needed to be purchased. Mark gave me the option for a time that worked for me. He showed up the next day on time and finished the job in a short amount of time. I was pleased with the work and there are no more leaks. Mark did a great job of explaining everything. I would recommend him and will use him if I need any future plumbing done.
