Called Precision Plumbing and within an hour they had someone come to my house. Tony P. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my 3rd attempt in trying to fix my toilet so you can understand my frustration! Tony accessed my problem..he was very thorough and made sure he did the job correctly. Took some time but he was able to fix it and now my toilet works great! So I am one happy customer and i truly appreciate it... thank you Tony! And i will definitely recommend Tony and Precision Plumbing!

Mike was assigned to service my place and he is very detailed about the cause of the problem.He just didn't look at the cause of the problem but he uses his bare hand to exactly look and feel where the root of the problem is coming from and he answers every detailed questions thrown at him.Very nice and hard working guy..Red carpet had the best, best price ever, answered your call right away and service you asap..thank you mike.

As a homeowner myself, I just had the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE with the replacement of my water heater from Sam at Sin City Plumbing. I would like to give him 10 stars for his professional service, professional and pleasant attitude and the extra effort he made to be sure I was satisfied with the work.

When I arrived to my garage on Friday evening to an inch of water everywhere, it was apparent the water heater was done, gonzo, over and out! Of course, it’s the weekend. After being run around until Monday night by another company, I was referred to Sin City. On Tuesday at 9 was the first call and by noon I had a new water heater and no worries! And, this was not going to happen with the other company!!!

Sam called when he was on his way, got here promptly, diagnosed, got approvals and installed in less than 90 mins. And with a smile and a sense of humor. I’m so grateful.

Great Service

We had a serious problem with our bathroom remodeling and will need a Pro to tackle the situation including installing a heavy jacuzzi freestanding tub in a tight spot. Not to mention that 3 tubs cracked broken by amateurs and here’s the forth to be installed by Royal Flush Plumbing that was recommended by Home Depot Pro Referral so we can pass the city inspection. To our surprise, these pro-plumbers arrived on time promised and completed the job earlier than expected with precision, checking for leak every step of the way. Great work ethics, polite and personable.

Best of our experience truly surprising is when this gentleman name Ben Huffman saw the bathroom sink drain connections that are really bad and hideous, he offered to fix it up to city code with no charge and gave us 20% off our total bill because he said that the job was done in less time that was quoted in the contract.
Honestly in business nowadays might be a bit hard to find and knowing company like Royal Flush Plumbing makes you feel that there’s still some goodness left out there like these people.

Quick response but prices are way off from competitors was told 6-8k and next plumbing company provided full estimate for 2400. I understand paying for what you get but a 100% jump is a big jump for quality.

Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.
