He stopped and turned off the running water that was continuously running from the sink! After he performed a miraculous job, He explained to us the problem and cause of the sink faucet valves not working on our sink! Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires plumbing services.

Dan’s Dirty Drains helped me when things got really messy! David and Dan were very pleasant, and explained the problems my clogged toilets were having in detail. (I guess is not good to flush toilet paper when having cheap toilets.) They were quick to fix the issue and within minutes my toilets were unclogged and properly working again. I highly recommend these two! No hidden fees and the price for all three of my clogged toilets was unmatched!

Plumber made erroneous statements about normal wear and tear on a 50 year old wall mounted toilet so insurance Old Home Republic will not cover the replacement . Plumber noted no problem but also took monetary incentive knowing his description would void my insurance claim. Do not use this company for claims as you will end up paying a service fee to them or your insurance co. Both my insurance co and these plumbing companies know if they work together they save money and the customers end up paying. Think the Fed Trade Commission should know the game they are playing.

Wall mounted toilets do break from normal wear and tear according to my research from local hardware suppliers.

Beware and make a dispute with your credit card company for services not rendered if they charge you an outrageous fee for a 5 minute erroneous evaluation.

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing
