This company called me at 7am to ask me if I would like them to come out and fix my gas fireplace. The representative I spoke to on the phone assured me his technician would come out and look at the unit and get it repaired. If it needed parts they would order them and get my fireplace up and running again. The service tech came to the house. He was very polite and respectful. He took my unit apart and went to light the pilot light on the unit. He got it lit with very little effort. Great news....then he put the glass front back on and went to turn on the power to light the fireplace. It would not light. At that point he said my gas valve was not working. I asked him how much will it be to replace the gas valve. His response was because of the liabilities there company would not order and put in the part needed to repair my unit. He told me all they do is come out and light the pilot lights and anything above that I would need to have another company come out to do the work.I would not recommend this company to anyone to do any work or repairs in your home. I paid the man for his service call 85.00 down the toilet for me and he went.on to his next appointment. I recommend putting your hard earned money into a company that can do the work properly with good end results. To many fly by night companies out there and this company. is definitely one of them. Consumer beware! I have another company coming out to the house on Friday to do the repairs needed. They assured my they can fix my fireplace and just laughed when I told them what this company did to me today.
