You hear so many horror stories about home warranty companies sending out subpar companies to address your concerns. Not with Sin City Plumbing. My home warranty was quick to respond to my pilot light not igniting on my water heater. I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to hear from someone, not the case. Within 12 hours Sin City informed me that they'd be at my house and gave me a 4 hour time frame and were there earlier than expected (PLUS!!!). They did what they could with the pilot light and a few days later they had a new water heater installed. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well.
