We had a unique project at our business and called a multitude of plumbers to come out and quote us; all were overpriced, some even got the details of the quote wrong, 1 took a week to even get back to us and had to be prodded before we could even receive the quote. This is for what I considered a fairly simplistic task; I got so frustrated, I bought the supplies myself, and was getting ready to dust off my sweating pipe skills and just knock it out myself.
Enter Dennis! Immediately, he put me at ease. I explained to him what we needed done and my frustration with the other plumbing companies; he beat their price by a country mile. In fact, once he saw I had already bought the materials, he said he could do it that day! Boom, decision made. He worked around our schedule and came back the same day when it made more sense.
He did a fantastic job, and was very methodical and proactive; he set up what he called his laboratory to make sure everything stayed clean during the process, which we greatly appreciated.
I was so impressed, I'm making him our first vendor for all of our plumbing needs, and am going to recommend this company to others as well. Well done, Dennis!

I called the office on Brooks Ave in North Las Vegas. They came out instantly. The Roto Rooter plumber did a fantastic job. They were efficient, polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

waste of money - didn't even take the wrench out of his truck - just looked at it and assumed it's due to one reason or another - no type of investigation whatsoever.

This is a long overdue review. Hands down, I don't trust any other plumber besides this one. They have a pretty bigteam of guys and I have never had a bad experience with any of them. I have been using them since last year for all my properties: condos and single-family homes.

So I use Butlers Constructions through my property management and they are so amazing, Kenny and Dahlia both are very prompt too and work so diligently. I would recommend Butlers to anyone needing services they offer. An Amazing company with workers who take pride in there work and making customers happy.
