This was not my first time calling Allstate for my home repair needs. The level of service was excellent as always. However this time I want to share my rating due to being surprised in a positive way by an Allstate technician.
In my house we take street shoes off to protect the floors and to keep the house clean. It is customary in my culture to do this. Since it is normal for people to walk in their street shoes inside houses here, I usually ask all service personnel to put on shoecovers, which I provide upon their entry to my house.
It was amazing to notice Ruslan, an Allstate technician, taking his shoes off before entering my house without me even saying anything. He must have paid attention to my feet when I greeted him.
I appreciate this company for hiring the right people, and making sure their technicians not only know how to fix things, but also respect households they visit as part of their service.

702 Services, there is not a way to describe our satisfaction with what that company had done with my houses. Such professional people working there, with incredible knowledge and a lovely, tender and patient care for their customers.
This is my third time using their services, and yet again I’m more than happy with the outcome.
If you own a house in Vegas, make no mistake and let them take care of you.

There is absolutely no reason to use anyone else ! Knowledgable, courteous, friendly, reasonably priced. Bryce & his associate ( forgot his name) did a Great job from start to finish ! We couldn't be happier.

Had a concern with a tub/shower faucet leak that was recently repaired. The company responded quickly and sent out Ken-O. He checked out the work and all was good. I would highly recommend Ken-O. Thank you for taking care of my concerns in a very quick and professional manner.

The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.
