Year 4 of great customer service... the tech just got done servicing our two units, he was on time, fast and very friendly. One of the best things about this company is the communication, they call to confirm appointments, they call to remind about annual service, and the friendly attitude is always there. Because of these things , I just signed up for their gold service program that will cover our cooling, heating and plumbing for two years. Winter and summer maintenance with coil cleaning, air filters and the service calls are all included... In my book, this is money well spent with the right company.

I've worked with Vegas Strong / Bumblebreeze 3 times. THe first 2 projects went really well and I was very happy, but in their most recent visit, I was quoted over $800 to replace a few parts in my hot and cold water faucets.I was quoted more than $800 to purchase those parts and install them.The quote was kind of deceptive because it lumped the parts and labor into a single number.Fortunately, the maintenance guy in our Condo was able to tell me which parts I needed, and I was able to pick them up at a plumbing supply placenearby for under $70, and he installed them for $200.I still love them for their earlier work, but I'll be more cautious about their quotes in the future.

My technician, Khudar, was great! He fixed the issue quickly and made sure the AC was good prior to leaving! I asked a million questions and he patiently answered all of them.It was easy to schedule an appointment with BEST. They are professional and treated me with respect.
