Best Flo Water Leak Detection in Henderson NV

2 years ago I was pleased with Precision. I didn’t know any better.They put a water heater in for me. After only 2 years the heater is leaking and needs toBe changed. They came and said yes it is under warranty but I need to pay a $50.00 restocking for the heater and over 600.00 for the labor. They want half of what I paid them just 2 years ago for the same badbrand heater that they put in. What a rip off.I called and asked to speak to the owner. Of course he was in a meeting but they would have aManager call me. Long story short, no call.I went to Home Depot who gave me a better brand heater, replaced it the next day and charged much less than what I paid Precision 2 years ago, along with a much better warranty and service plan which still came out cheaper than what I paid to Precision!I do not understand how they have so many stars. They must have a lot of friends.I would never use them again for anything and not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing company! We hired them in the past for a large project and they were by far the best priced. The quality of work was unquestionable. We had a flood in our bathroom this past weekend and Steven was there to fix the problem in minutes. So grateful! Highly recommend

They showed up on time and were in and out in an hour. They brought all of the tools needed and kept me apprised of their work. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. Would definitely recommend!

Twice I've needed something fixed, and fixed quickly... twice they have ROCKED IT.. they are prompt, friendly and do excellent work.. from the phone call to the site visit they were ON IT.we will not be calling anyone else.

Had my water heater go out at 4pm, Roto-Rooter was out by 5 and back in the morning at 9 with a new water heater for no more than I would have paid elsewhere but without the wait time. They saved me a huge headache, invoice number 38059, my tech Francisco was the best!

They came on a hurry to fix a leak on a triplex building built by D.R. Horton Ranch Community for first light. A unit sink cold water line was nailed through. Took 10 years to rust/disintegrate for the leak to leak on the 103 units ceiling. Thank you for coming so quick and getting the leak stopped asap!

This is the 2nd time that I have called on Nick. I found him on Google last year when I had a leak- he and his team were amazing! I felt confident in my choice of plumbers. He explained everything to me in words that I could actually understand without making me feel dumb. He did an amazing job on the repair, they also had to color match some paint and you can’t even tell any work was ever done. This time it was my water heater - again he responded in a timely manner, scheduled an appointment and showed up ON TIME! Quick response, honest guy and makes you feels comfortable in your investment. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future for preventative work too!

Abel came over and was fantastic. He was friendly from the start and went right to work. It was a simplier fix than we expected. We had a different company come over a few days ago and had an awful experience with them. We were not sure what to expect and were pleasantly surprised!

Luis and his team are great to work with. I had a leak into my condo from two adjoining units. They stopped the leaks, abated the mold, cleaned it up, restored it back to new. Also installed new toilet and few other things I purchased for it. Great team to work with!!!

The people from Butler Construction were very helpful. Stacy was professional and very detailed when talking about my toilet issue. She gave me a fair price, send a very qualified person to fix the problem, who was on time, polite and efficient. I will absolutely use them for any future problems as well as refer them to friends.
