Very high quality work, cleaned up everything after he was done, was knowledgeable and kept us informed of everything he was doing. Got it all done faster than we ever thought possible. Had my water heater go bad after 18 months ( installed by Elite and under a 6 year warranty) had them come out to replace and was told it would be $700 to replace. I told them that it was still under warranty and the installer told me that the charge was for the labor ! I thought that $700 for a hour and 15 minutes was way out of line. Really ! There were no extra parts, $700 !!! For a little over a hour !

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.
