Thank you Precision Plumbing! We had no water coming through the pipes in our home. Called Precision Plumbing and Kym sent someone out right away - within a few hours! I really like the fact that they send you an email reminder of your appointment with pictures of the staff that has and will be assisting you.James assessed the situation right away, went to get the parts that needed to be replaced, came back and fixed the problem in no time. I commend their prompt service and will use their service only from now on for all of our plumbing needs!

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

We have been using Jay's Plumbing for years! This year we received a brochure from a different company said it would be a cheaper price. They did our backflow and tried to charge us $2,500.00 for a repair that was not needed. We called Jay's Plumbing and they came to the rescue. There was nothing wrong and nothing needed to be repaired. We learned our lesson never go with anyone else. Jay's Plumbing & Service we appreciate your Honesty and integrity. Ask for Jerry :)

Outstanding service. Technician Ken did a very thorough job and was very professional. I asked for help replacing a battery in a smoke detector that's atop a 15 foot ceiling. He did this with ease and without question.

Fast and efficient replacing the water softener and a faulty valve. Kevin was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I called Dan at 4:30am with a valve that had burst off the wall and he came out in less than an hour to fix it and had a recommendation for a water restoration company to come out immediately and start the drying process. He was kind, courteous and very affordable.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Really proffesional service . Staff was very nice and efficient would recommend to anybody.
