Precision Plumbing is one of the worst companies ever. We had a plumbing problem about 2 years ago. The technician that came out didn’t finish the job. Said he would be back. Set up one appointment, and he didn’t show (said he got into an accident) set up a second appointment which he blew off completely. Canceled the charges on my card and called out another company that did the work.At the time I called the Manager of Precision Plumbing and explained, he apologized and said he would take the charges off.Now here is the best part. 2 years later we get a demand letter saying Precision Plumbing is going to put a lien on the house. I have to get the company who fixed the problem to look through the back invoices…Talked to the supervisor who said this whole problem was my fault because when the original technician was out and gave me his number I should have called the corporate offices when he failed to show up (as his employees and technicians are not representatives of the company).Precision Plumbing is a really bad business. Do not have them do any work for you.

Great job. Arrived on time. Steve was and has been a pleasure to deal with. He not only replaced our toilet, but about 3 weeks ago he replaced our water heater. I highly recommend him and his company. 👍👍👍👍👍 out of 5

Very professional, excellent service! They inspected the problem area thoroughly, explained step-by-step all of the work that needed to be done, and even made sure to include another repair that I didn't know needed attention. The work was done really quickly! I would recommend to anyone I know.

CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS!! I called “Plumbing Solutions” with a badly clogged sink today, and have also used them in the past. What stood out first was that each time I have called them, their associate, Kevin showed up at my door promptly, as though he waited outside the door till the time he stated he would arrive. This meant a lot, as my time is valuable to me.
Kevin’s customer service skills, and professional courtesy were second to none. He has proven each time out to be very knowledgeable about his craft. He was very fast, and equally as clean.
I honestly appreciate his work, and professionalism.

I work for a Property Management Company and we deal with a lot of vendors. An owner asked me to call Active Plumbing to request an estimate on a repair at her property. I have never dealt with such a rude, condescending vendor as Eddie @ Active Plumbing. He was very unprofessional, would not even allow me to talk as he had already spoken to our owner and said she was crazy and hung up on me. Who does business this way? I will make sure every owner, tenant and other vendors are aware of my experience with Eddie. Believe me people, there are way better, professional companies out there, I should know, I deal with them every day and this is not one of them.

I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

The name fits -- our company has received indeed received superior service at a fair price for years from the owner of this company, for work on our rental condos. I have also used him for work at my residence, with the same good results. I highly recommend this company.
