Fast, friendly, and fair

We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

After days of calling a variety of handyman services, I found 702 Services on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out the very next day, at exactly the time they said they would. They repaired a couple of outside doors that were difficult to open/close and installed weather stripping in about 30 minutes. The workers were professional and considerate, wearing masks and booties, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. I'd hire them again in a minute.

Bad luck that our water heater died on us but great luck we found Active Plumbing. We called on Monday and they were able to send someone that same day. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely know who to call if we have other problems.

A few days ago I had Matt come out and fix our ac. he was very efficient, knowledgeable and was also a very respectful tech! I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone To get the job done quickly and done right! Thank you! :)

This business is amazing. I contacted Jason as a contractor needing assistance with a tankless water heater. He was patient and understanding and helped me as much as he could without getting the manufacturer involved. Thank you for your help Jason. I’ll definitely recommend you guys moving forward!
