These guys are great! Excellent service and responded very quickly. He knew what he was doing and fixed my busted pipe at a great price and was very friendly. I highly recommend NG Plumbing and will certainly be using them in the future.

I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

To say that Bill is outstanding to work with would be an understatement! His communication, pricing, knowledge, and quality of work are second-to-none. I have had Bill perform multiple plumbing jobs including an outdoor kitchen hookup, shower faucet replacement, faucet replacements, and a backflow preventer for my irrigation system. The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Mathew was very professional and proficient with his job. He installed my Generac and assisted witht the wi-fi on my phone to the Generac. Excellent service.This company is awesome.

Dan came within 90 minutes of our plumbing emergency call. He explained our options and completed his quality work in less time than he'd originally estimated. Couldn't be happier and we have a new plumber!

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
