$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

We have used Liquid Assets Plumbing for several years. Geoff has worked on our disposal, drains, toilets, and sinks. When we decided to add a bathroom onto our home last year he did that work, also, and we were very pleased with the results. The pricing is fair, the work is quality. This company was referred to me by my hoa. The owner came out the same day I called and was very professional. We made plans for the installation of my new water heater and everything went like clock work. The workers were there on time and stayed focus on their job. They were also very professional. All in all it was a very good experience.

Guy was here all of 20 mins, used one tool and advised if he kept plunging the toilet would break so he advised toilet replacement. Called another plumber, he used another tool and unstopped the toilet. Beware 🥹

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
