They are really friendly people that does good work for a very good price. I have used them twice to fix things at my house. Doesn't take a long time for them to come out to check out the problem. I will continue to use them as long as I problems and they guarantee there work

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly. Tim Jr & one of his workers was able to come out the same day and replace it! They did a great job and we are completely satisfied with the service and the price! We definitely would recommend Tim Moss & Sons Home Improvement!

Referred by my homeowner's warranty company. Very difficult trying to get an appointment scheduled, but I was told my disposal would either be repaired or replaced in less than 30 minutes so I could leave for work on time. After arriving late, technician spent 3 minutes looking at disposal, then told me it worked fine. I disagreed, showing him it just spun things around. He opened the cabinet underneath, looked at the outer components, then told me again it was in good condition, and I owed him my deductible. I tried to explain I wasn't happy with the appliance and I wanted it replaced like I was told over the phone. He repeated I needed to pay him. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, apparent technical ability, and certainly customer service! I do not recommend this company.
