NG Plumbing came out one day gave me an estimate and was here within 24 hours to fix it. Very professional beyond fair prices. I would most definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used Custom Electric to install a new electrical box and EV charger. I cannot say enough positive comments about both the work provided and the professionalism of everyone! Each day they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work on time. I would, without a doubt, use Custom Electric again!

Marvin and Dan were both friendly and great to work with. When my water heater failed and I needed some plumbing rerouted and the new one to be installed, they came out the next day to assess the project, then fixed it in a few hours the next day (a Saturday!) Their work looked very tidy, they were fast, and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and would recommend them!

After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

Shane is always on time and respectful. He calls or texts before he comes to work on our home. He has done everything from replacing burnt out bulbs, replacing locks, fixing holes in the walls to building a gate for the patio area. Always leaves the area he works in neat and clean. Highly recommended!

Reps are too rushed to produce commission and forgetting good customer service. Give flippant delivery dates just to get you out then your job gets jammed when Ferguson supply chain lets you down.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
