This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. This company was referred to me by my hoa. The owner came out the same day I called and was very professional. We made plans for the installation of my new water heater and everything went like clock work. The workers were there on time and stayed focus on their job. They were also very professional. All in all it was a very good experience.

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job.
