The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Johns plumbing is great. They come when you call. The people they send out are smart and trustworthy. Over the weekend we had an issue with our heating system. They told me I was Number 6 in line and that I would receive a call about 30 minutes before he would arrive. We did and not only was he on time, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and conscientious. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been faithful to this company for 20 years and they have never let me down with HVAC services.
