Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. I had a full height, basement wall that was cracked and bowed in by three inches and was at risk of exploding inward due to hydrostatic pressure. Tim Moss & Sons did a great job permanently repairing my failing foundation. They were professional, gave estimates, used an engineer and built exactly to specs, started on time, maintained a schedule that was communicated well to me, and finished ahead of schedule. All work was done with permits and photographically documented. Large crew was polite, communicative and efficient. This company does full spectrum maintenance and home improvement from wiring, plumbing, and roofing to framing, foundations, flooring, garages and home extensions. We couldn't be more pleased with terms, contracts, and clean-up. Chrystal at the home office communicated with us daily to manage scheduling ahead of time and throughout the job.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
