We have used Sav-on twice now, both experiences have been great! First, Tom came by and fixed a toilet. Now Bill is taking extra time to order the correct part and fix one of our showers the right way! Both have been very cordial, on time, and genuinely concerned about the state of our plumbing. I would highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing, and will use them again in the future when we have plumbing needs.

Professional, reliable and got an appointment very quick so I liked that about them.

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.

I've hired plumbers before, but none have been as proactive as this company. They not only addressed the immediate problem but also identified potential future issues and offered preventive solutions.

Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!
