100% installed a new water softener for me. Excellent customer service and the tech did an excellent job with the installation and explaining everything to me as well as walking through the maintenance and warranty. Great Service and would use them again.

Roger was able to come out same-day on Saturday and replace my hose bib after I goobered it up trying to stop it from leaking. It only took him a few minutes and He gave me a nice ball-valve spigot that won't ever leak.

He installed new bathroom plumbing, a new alcove bathtub, vanity, toilet and all of the faucets/fixtures. He is very professional and places a priority on quality and customer satisfaction. His pricing was very reasonable and he referred me to an excellent glass company which installed my heavy glass shower door. I highly recommend Right on Time Plumbing & Drain!
