My experience was not good. First of all Forrest missed the first appointment and wasted my tenant's time. They showed up the next day. They completed the job but presented a highly inflated bill. Bill included travel time which they deducted later when questioned - discourteous manager - who asked me not to use their services in the future just because I questioned the high bill. . I will not recommend Forrest to anyone.

Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Beware!!!!

I have an underground water leak originating from my in-ground pool. Andre came out and attempted to locate the leak but, not wanting to damage the system, he decided to call his buddies at AZ Scope to assist. A few days later, they came out and unfortunately it was not a problem they could locate or address although we did rule out the autofill waterline.

Andre was friendly, professional, communicated well by text and phone, and accepted a Zelle payment which saved me from writing a check. I highly recommend his company if you like to support a locally owned business.
