Roger installed my water softener, and R/O system. He did a very good job, and installed both systems in just a few hours! He was very knowledgeable about the system because I asked him a lot of questions on how the system works. I doubled check his info by reading the manuals, and some research online.

I would’ve went went a cheaper route, but I have the peace of mind that I had an actual plumber install a loop to the main shut-off valve.

Finally, he was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well.
