I would like to submit a customer commendation for James Wallace. No issues found during our service visit today. Basic maintenance; drained the water heater and check water pressure. Nonetheless, James was very professional and courteous and provided helpful information during his visit. I was totally delighted with his customer service focus today.

Our electricity on our RV went completely out and I had left a message for One Shot Installation. Gabe returned my call and was very helpful.

We have been having hammering in our pipes and after speaking with William and his team they were ready to take on the job! They have been amazing to work with and have been super determined to find the problem and where the hammering is coming from. They work hard, are on time and they have always cleaned up after they work - I would never have known they were even here! We will be hiring them for all our future jobs!!
