Sarjon was very professional and very responsive when he came to replace 2 leaking outside faucets. Was very informative and let me know what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Was also very willing to take a look at other problems in my home that was not part of the reason he came and gave advise or fixed some of them. I was also very impressed of how respect Sarjon was about my home. 5 stars!

Chuck visited on August 7 to fine tune and resolve issues with our soft water unit. As in the past, he was courteous and professional as he explained items related to our situation. We have a very high regard for Chuck and Christian Brothers in their manner of taking care of the customer.Also, I believe her name is Monica, the nice lady that took my call to make this appointment. She was very kind, concerned and smart in setting things up for quick handling.

I know that 5 stars as the highest possible stars, but this company gets a 20 *** from us. We had hired an electrician to install multiple fans for us...and there were too many issues with them. We found One Shot Installation and they truly live up to their name. One Shot and it is done properly and professionally!!

I needed to replace a wash machine we've had for over 25 years and the hoses were rusted to the faucets. I contacted Instant Plumbing and they were able to stop by very quickly, same day. He sized up the situation, quickly ran to their warehouse to get needed parts, cut out the old gate valve faucets, and installed new ball valve faucets, all within an hour or so. Seemed very easy for him (and I didn't have to buy/try new tools or rip apart my knuckles!!!).
I was/am very pleased. I referred a neighbor to them for some work they needed. I won't hesitate to contact them again with any of my future needs.
