Great experience again using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Christian was very courtesy and explained everything throughout the service. I have been a customer for 12+ years and highly recommend their prompt and detailed services.

They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

We needed to have a water heater replaced, and also a garbage disposal replaced. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous, and most importantly, they knew what they were doing! We are so happy with their work! We took nice HOT showers last night! And we ran the garbage disposal after dinner too! 😀

Jerry installed a water softener at our home. Prompt and professional. He even replumbed our whole home filtration device that the previous installer and piped backwards -- no extra cost except other than materials. Highly recommend.

I have used Israel's Quality Plumbing for a couple of different projects. One was a a bathroom redo of my pipes and the other was simple unclogging of a drain and install of toilet pieces in the tank. Both times he was quick and very affordable. Very clean work.

May 25. 2023 update
I used Israel’s Quality Plumbing again to install a water line for my refrigerator. Installation was clean and quick. The refrigerator had faulty/brittle parts and Israel was able to troubleshoot and fix it. He also installed a new beautiful faucet much more suitable and functional for my kitchen space.

Leo was professional and helped us ASAP when we were in a crisis. Highly recommend!

Russ was on time and very helpful.
