We had Jesse Escobar come out to repair our bathroom faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he fix it, he went above and beyond by adjusting it to turn easier (it was resisting before), and adjusted the way it turns after I told him my children struggle to turn it. Before him, we had a different plumber come out who didn’t fix it at all. Jesse got it fixed and perfect for us. We will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues!

He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. Mike at Roadrunner Plumbing is hands down the best plumber I have found in over a decade at clearing drain line issues. My first experience with Mike was a little over a year ago and the results were unbelievable. He cleared my mainline of heavy heavy roots when no others could (had about 6 other plumbers try). He has specialized equipment and the desire to clear mainlines when they can be vs the majority of plumbers who want to dig and replace with prices starting at $4K. Mike stated he never had seen roots as bad as mine, yet he got the job done and when I sent a camera down I didn't see a single root. Amazing. Fast forward another year, at a different house, my kitchen drain line backed up. Over the weekend, I had two different plumbers come out, both could not clear the line. Other plumbers began talking about the potential need to dig through the slab of the house to repair the line. Mike shows up Monday afternoon, and in about 2 hours clears the line.
