I needed someone to come look at my washing machine because it was squeaking and it was so easy to get a hold of someone and get something scheduled the next morning.

The communication was great and the customer service was flawless! It was $95 to diagnose the washing machine which was, unfortunately, unsalvageable because the cost of the repair for parts would exceed the price to get a new machine. While he was there, Gabe also did a full clean on our dryer. Awesome!

The total bill came out to $455 to give you an idea of the cost.

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. I had low hot water pressure at my shower. I called Courtesy MH Plumbing.So glad I did! Jeremy was prompt, personable and professional. He knows mobile homes! These were the only guys I could get to come out on New Years Eve after trying 10 different companies and I am glad it happened that way. Jared and Casey came out and went to work unclogging the drains in my restaurant. They then diagnosed a larger problem and moved ahead. The job ended up resulting in multiple call back due some drain line failures and they took care of every thing without charging more. Completely satisfied.
