I could not have been more pleased! He did work on both the house I was selling as well as the one I bought. He showed up on time, was very professional, did excellent work and repaired the problems. His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable. AZ Leak Detection repaired my broken water main in April 2019. We experienced another leak that was a result of the collar that was installed. Adam responded immediately and corrected the issue causing the leak the same day. He is very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will use for future jobs.

My master bath tub water would not turn off. I was wasting a lot of water and was at the mercy of a plumber fixing this. And basically you have no idea what the cost is until a plumber shows up & looks at the problem. So this wasn’t a situation where I had the luxury of comparison shopping for the best price-I needed to fix the situation promptly! The plumber arrived and said it was $200 (I don’t know how the cost compares to other plumbers) but I agreed to the repair because I was wasting gallons of water per hour. In 5 minutes, he said it was fixed & it initially appeared that way. Then I went to test it & the handle felt flimsy and then the plumber & I couldn’t get the hot water to turn hot & then we couldn’t get the water faucet to turn off again. So for $200 and 5 minutes of labor, the problem wasn’t fixed! He thought it would be good enough to replace only one component of the faucet but apparently he needed to replace a few more components inside the faucet. He ended up fixing it and spending over an hour fixing it-so at least I feel like I got something for $200. I wish he didn’t initially try to rush through the repair & then tell me it was fixed before he really checked to make sure it was fixed! Then the faucet continued to have a tiny dripping of water every 10-15 seconds. He said he needed to replace one more item and he will come back next week to do that so in order to get the repair done perfectly I will need to spend another 4 hour window of my time waiting for the plumber!

I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.
Gabe came out the very next day and fixed the issue right away.
He was professional and he explained everything he was doing.

A few days after the initial visit, some of the outlets weren’t working. I called back and he immediately came back and investigate a broken wire that was causing problems at other outlets.
