I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

We had to do a complete bathroom renovation after water damage. Kay’s Plumbing was great to deal with for our needs. Great communication and very professional. Quick responses to emails and text messages. The work they did was of high quality and the prices they quoted were comparable to all the other quotes I got. The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

We had water coming up through the concrete on our pool deck. We were ready to tear into concrete when I talked to Terry one evening about the problem. He talked us into letting him come up and take a look before we did anything. He and Fisher came up the next day and started checking the entire system. About half way through their process, Terry suspected the problem could be isolated and solving the problem would not require tearing up concrete. Further checking proved him right. His experience and honest approach paid off for us. We lucked out contacting Amazing Leak Detection. These guys are good and very fair.
