Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend

I have a very busy schedule. I gave them my number as a secondary and a primary number for the person who will actually be at the home at the time of the service. Had an appointment arrival time of 10am-12pm. Started calling the office at 12:10 because we hadn't received any info and no one had arrived. Were told someone would be arriving within an hour. Got a call to my number at 1:45pm while I was at work telling me they were 5 minutes out. The lack of communication and the inability to follow instructions just felt very unprofessional. What's the point of having an appointment if they can't hold to it or at least communicate if they are running late. It just felt more stressful than it had to be.
