Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. Herrnon just didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He had an idea in his head and that was all he saw. Made me feel like a fool who was very dumb. It was a problem he had not encountered in his 4 professional years. After he left my neighbor came over and diagnosed the problem AND was very considerate !!!

The guy they sent to my house was trying to rip me off by charging me extra money, saying he needed to saw open my wall to fix problem I called my home warranty the problem was covered it was just a valve which he replaced easily by removing the shower knobs I'll make sure I never call these guys again.

They were dispatched for a issue through my home warranty. First guy out made one assessment after about 5 minutes there, and gave me one answer (replacement of the appliance), but when I called later in the week to find out the status , receptionist told me paperwork indicated “he said he fixed it”

Then they wanted to make a second visit with a supervisor in another week, which I said was unacceptable and I wanted to know what happened with the first guys diagnosis . Some lady got on the phone and was very rude basically just wanted to get me off the phone wouldn’t tell me what had occurred.

On the second visit, they basically had no answer for one of the issues, and the other issue they had to call the appliance manufacturer.

As a result I’ve had to have another company come out to the home warranty to correct the issue. Complete waste of time

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
