It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

I had a leak. A rerouting of my hot water line was needed. Joe found the leak and ran the new lines through the attic. It was tough pulling the new lines and a tight squeeze in my attic which he did without hesitation. This was all done in the same day. I was most impressed with his skill in finding the leak.

We needed to have a water heater replaced, and also a garbage disposal replaced. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous, and most importantly, they knew what they were doing! I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
