Absolutely wonderful experience! Called them out for a quote and the technician did some research for me and gave me next steps on a larger process and gave me another company to call for the work. No charge and they don't even get to do all the work. They were super nice through the process and so helpful when I had no idea what to do!

He arrived within less than an hour of my call. He informed me of what my AC unit needed (what had failed), and told me that he had the replacement parts. He gave me the price for repair before proceeding. He was relatively quick with the repair, and was very polite.

100% plumbing is a high quality, honest, completely trustworthy business. These guys truly set the standard on doing it right and standing behind their work. And at a very fair price! I won’t go anywhere else for plumbing work. The owner has 100% integrity and his high standards show across the business. I have used them for everything from common plumbing like faucet repair, to the replacement of the entire sewer line. I chose to also have them replace all the drains connected to the sewer line in my 1960s house.

My dad had a plumbing issue in the kitchen and I was recommended Rooter Ranger by a colleague. I must say, I am extremely impressed with the service that was provided. A young gentleman by the name of Jessie (Jesse? James? Adams? I'm terrible with names so I apologize) came by the house on short notice and assessed the work load and provided us with options to tackle the plumbing issue. He was honest and forthcoming about budget assessment and helped us with making the right decision. My father was greatly pleased with the young gentleman's work ethic and I must add he put our worries to rest. I would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone that is in need of plumbing work done. They are honest and good people.

We have used Instant Plumbing several times between our primary residence and our rental property. We met them through our General Contractor during a major remodel project. Since then, they continue to be our go-to plumber for all our various issues. Tonight - we had an emergency backup that was flooding our new wood floors.

We called and within the hour on a Wednesday evening they were here. William (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. His price was more than reasonable, and we always know he does quality work. We can't recommend them highly enough. I will continue to tell people to give them a try.
