Best Leak Detection in Glendale AZ

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

I am very, very happy with the installation of my new whole-house water softener by Josh Vanbronckhorst of Plumbing Masters. He showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and highly professional in his presentation and work. Josh went above and beyond in making sure the installation worked perfectly for my house, including running a power line for the unit through the attic so that there would not be any unsightly cords in my garage.I also appreciated that he educated me on how to use the unit, and even took the old unit from the previous homeowner away so that I did not have to deal with disposing of it myself. Plumbing Masters are truly professionals at what they do, and I will only call them when I have plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to friends when anyone asks me for a good plumbing company. Justin the owner is a joke. He hung up the phone on me before he even heard the whole story.

Sent them the exact plans and layout info. Then after we agreed on a price and to get on the schedule his employee said he priced it wrong and it’s significantly more.

The customer service that Justin (owner) showed was mind blowing. He didn’t listen and hung up the phone mid conversation.

Please stay far away from this company.

Now the owner is lying saying that plans were sent after the quote. It’s clearly false and happy to post all email correspondence.

Email with it clearly saying in floor layout and attachment was sent on Sunday August 7th and the bid was sent over Thursday August 11th.

So the owner lies to customers as well.

Just take responsibility for your employees actions and take care of your customers. Don’t hang up on them or screw them over again in the future.

You don’t have to lie about it to make your company look better.

When my pipes started dripping in the middle of the night, I phoned this plumber, and they rushed to my rescue. By morning, everything had been resolved after they had repaired my pipe.
