They also have a top-notch communication system that sends out text confirmation/reminders of appointments and lets you know when the plumbers are on their way to your house. My tub faucet was leaking as it had about 9 yrs ago. My handyman at that time tightened something and it was ok until a few weeks ago.. i have a handyman now who is not a plumber.He came out and was able to stop the drip but not fix the issue. He recommmended I call a plumber. Authentic Plumbing came highly recomended. Eddy, came and was able to fix the issue within a few minutes. They don't charge for diagnostic visit and if there is any further issue he told me what would need to be replaced and the cost. He also wore covers over his shoes which I greatly appreciated! In addition he checked the pressure regulator outside my home! I cant say enoug good about his service!
