Donny and his crew are prompt, give you all the pricing options, and doesn't try to sell you to top of the line. He is honest and always makes it clear that if anything you need or any questions you forget to ask that he is just a phone call away.

Sound Plumbing was professional and quick. My water heater was leaking and I was due for a new one. I thought I needed to switch to a tankless since everyone suggested so but Brian told me I didn’t need to switch to something so costly. I felt like Brian was honest and informative about the pros and cons of both heaters, he wasn’t pushy about selling anything. Brian did a great job with the removal and install and was quick about it. The price was fair compared to a lot of other companies. Thanks Brian!
