Best Water Pipe Repair in Gilbert AZ

A friend referred me to the Dukes of Air. Very glad he did. Very thorough, very professional from estimate(Monty) to install. The crew of Brandon, Damian, Danny, Devohn & Edgar were great! Highly recommend the Dukes!

I was first in contact with Emmanuel who was professional and set up and gave details of the HVAC duct cleaning. Colton showed up on time and also went over the process, including showing pictures of my vents before and after. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to another friend who was looking for a reputable company to use.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

On 9/17/18 my kitchen drain was stopped up, I called a well known pluming company in for a $83.00 snake the drain.
To make a long story short, the $83.00 snake the drain, turned into $468.00 bill after they brought in a water jet, when that did not work they brought in a drain camera, and told me where the stoppage was.
The stoppage was 12’ from the cleanout, yet they told me they had 40’ of snake in the drain.
Before they left they gave me a $2,545.50 estimate to dig up the lines and find and fix the problem.
They left, problem still not solved!

The next morning I called the well known plumber company and asked to speak with some one in charge, and was told they would call back.
They never returned my call, needless to say I put a stop payment on the check.

I decided to get a second opinion on the stoppage, and called Plumber from Down Under (Anthony)
Anthony put the snake in the clean out, and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes, and charged $100.00

I have used Travis & Sons three times. They have been professional. courteous and obviously since I have used them on multiple occasions, I will continue to use them as my plumber. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
