I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

I had. Coupon for $77.00 to unclog my bathroom drain.
My technician was suppose to be here between 11:00-1:00 on Saturday. They had technician problems. It would have been after 6:00 pm, so I asked if we could move to Sunday.
I was told 9:00 A technician would be here, then it was 9:30. John showed up at 10:00.
Evidently I do not under.stand lplumbing.

I paid $175.00. & it’s over with.

Our A/C quit working and our next door neighbor told us that Horacio did a fantastic job installing his A/C unit so we called him and he came right over. My son decided that the letter H wooden block wouldn’t be that important and flushed it down the toilet . Couldn’t get it out. Called phend and had Thomas come out and he tried his best and couldn’t get it and recommended that we replace the toilet. Extremely well done and professional. Had a great experience with this company! We had a sink that was leaking and a broken drain stopper and they fixed both for us! We plan to use them for any future plumbing work and also for HVAC needs in the future. So happy my sister recommended them to us! Justin was the tech we had, he even pointed out we needed to change our air filter as a bonus (the calendar alert has just gone off this week to change it out - he was right on)!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
