Delta installed 3 AC units on my flat roof. SInce day1, the AC returns leaked in the ceiling. They were prompt about sending a tech to reseal the returns; but, after 8 times I said enough. Get a roofer out here to look at it. They did and the roofer said the returns were installed improperly and they would get back with Delta. Five times I called the manager at Delta to find out what their plan was, and he said he would call the roofer and call me back. Each time he never called back.To Home Depot's credit they have taken my complaint and are resolving it with their own insurance. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH DELTA MECHANICAL.

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly.
