Friendly and expedient service. They were quick to answer my call and questions, and set up an inspection and offered competitive prices. They followed up and worked quickly and efficiently. They did well to explain and help me to learn the ins and outs, and helped me to understand better maintenance practices in a friendly manner (especially since my maintenance knowledge was lacking).

Delta installed my water heater via a contract with Home Depot. The installation was botched and done poorly. They used incorrect materials, and the water heater failed at multiple points. I now have to replace my water heater at only 3 years of light use. Their customer service was rude and defensive, stating they would refuse to cover it because passing inspection is their bar for quality.

Do not use Delta or have an install performed contracted through Home Depot. Multiple other vendors have told me they do poor work that I have since consulted.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. We have been very happy with the service and people at AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. Thank you!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could!
I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
